Archives - Public access
Contact us
The Foundation is dedicated to making its archives accessible to the public. This goal will be achieved through a range of initiatives, including exhibitions, publications, a comprehensive website, and research programs that enable scholars and enthusiasts to explore the works and lives of artists. Access will be available to the public by appointment only. To book a visit, interested parties must complete a reservation form specifying the date and time requested, along with the purpose of the visit. This system helps manage visitor flow and ensures appropriate attention and resources. Foundation staff will review requests and confirm appointments based on availability and the nature of the request.
To maintain the preservation and safety of the materials, there will be specific guidelines for accessing and browsing the archive. Visitors will be required to present a valid photo ID upon arrival and complete a registration process. Visitors must follow appropriate behavior guidelines, including refraining from using food or drink in archive areas. Handling of materials will be supervised, and gloves or other protective measures may be required to prevent damage. Access to certain materials may be limited based on their condition or sensitivity. Only authorised staff members will handle fragile or valuable items.
